Open Source
To encourage rigor and reproducibility of open science, the Penn BiND Lab endorses open source sharing of code used to facilitate our translational research. Please visit our GitHub repository for additional details.
ECAS Normative data
The Penn BiND Lab, in collaboration with the University of Miami and Canadian Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Neuroimaging Consortium (CALSNIC), led the development of North American normative data for the Edinburgh Cognitive & Behavioral ALS Screen (ECAS). Tools for calculating norms will be available here soon.
Neuroimaging Tools
The Penn BiND Lab uses open source neuroimaging software, included Advanced Neuroimaging Tools (ANTs), developed by collaborators in the Penn Image Computing & Science Lab (PICSL). Additional details about neuroimaging software is available on PICSL Software website.
